These general terms of use for the website www.questionrooms.bg and the games provided by Kueston OOD apply to all visitors of the SITE and must be read carefully before using it.
1. Every player must sign a declaration stating that they agree with the general terms and will follow the room’s rules, after being briefed before the start of the game.
2. Kueston OOD bears no material or personal liability for damages caused to participants as a result of improper use of the game or failure to follow the rules.
3. Every participant bears their own responsibility while playing and takes part of their own free will.
4. Any recording (audio and video) on the premises is prohibited.
5. Players are obliged not to disclose details about the game, directly or indirectly.
6. The interior design, puzzles, and their mechanisms are under the copyright of Kueston OOD
7. Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted on the premises; their reservation will be considered cancelled with no right to a refund of the deposit.
8. Bringing food and drinks onto the premises of the Room is not allowed.
9. You must provide the name of the person who made the reservation, and you may be asked to confirm their phone number and/or email address, as well as to confirm any advance payment made.
10. Only persons over 14 years of age are admitted to the game unaccompanied. Children over 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
11. In the event of intentionally caused material damage, or damage resulting from improper use of game props, Kueston OOD has the right to seek financial compensation from the participants in the Game.
12. Visitors acknowledge and have no objections to the fact that, during the game and on the premises, they are under audio and video surveillance, which is necessary for the game to run smoothly and for the safety of the players.
13. An employee of Kueston OOD may take a photo, video, or audio recording of visitors, with their consent. Such materials remain the property of Kueston OOD and may be used for advertising purposes.
14. You may not alter, copy, license, transfer, or sell any information obtained from the website www.questionrooms.bg. It is further prohibited to use any part of the site for unlawful activity, or to harm or offend other persons.
15. Any reservation for a game organized by Kueston OOD is valid only when processed by Kueston OOD itself.
16. You are responsible for correctly entering the information in the reservation form. Once the process is complete, you will receive a confirmation by email. During the reservation process, you voluntarily provide Kueston OOD with your personal data, such as name, address, email, and phone number, for the purpose of being informed about your game.
17. A reservation is guaranteed only once it has been prepaid no later than 48 hours before the start of the game.
18. The deposit made to confirm a reservation is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or if the team fails to appear at the scheduled game time.
19. In the event of a delay of 15 minutes, the reservation will be cancelled and the amount paid will not be refunded or transferred to another reservation.
20. Kueston OOD bears no responsibility for data related to payment instruments.
21. You may purchase a voucher for a game offered by Kueston OOD by prepaying the full price of the game for the corresponding number of participants indicated on the voucher.
22. A game voucher may be used only once, after which it becomes invalid.
